meph run issue

Has anyone had any luck running mephisto?  Mine usually stalls at Durance of Hate 2 WP or stops right at act 4 portal and does not initiate mephisto.  I followed the step by step, just wanted to see if it was more of my error or a script issue.

Mine teleports to the bridge to the Act 4 portal, waits while Mephisto kills my mercenary, then logs out. Never attacks or casts anything except my buffs and teleport. Very weird.

Same. This is an issue with the tele point in Zhi Pei or the code not running after that point is reached.
